Aesher’s mission is to ensure practical computability for NP-hard optimization problems. We’re working to build new classes of infrastructure for intensive computational problems and producing systems that advance capabilities for solving humanity's hardest challenges is only the beginning.
We’re building a high-specification architecture focused on a strong roadmap and accelerated timeline. We have early milestones we want to hit and we’re hiring exceptional researchers and engineers in computer architecture and electrical engineering, applied physics, aerospace, materials science, TCS and statistics, programming, and advanced manufacturing.

We’re based in San Francisco, and our labs are headquartered in a part of the city set beside cypress groves and coastal trails. Think natural light and fresh ocean air and panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Bay.

Focused, coordinated research and engineering
We’re a fully cohesive and nimble research and engineering team. We work on different aspects of Aesher’s capabilities work but converge on coordinating strong progress around our shared mission and milestones. This means we want to find people who’ll be excited to share ownership over a set of critical goals and who can be strong problem solvers even in the context of routine or even introduced constraints.

We coordinate tightly and with dexterity on a targeted research and engineering strategy focused on computer hardware and computational abstraction. This outputs to how we design and deploy architectures for hardware and software infrastructures.
- We value achievability and have good visibility into critical dependencies across our roadmap. This is to say that we know which problems to solve at the foundational, applied, and implementation levels of our system capabilities strategy, and have achieved a reasonably strong attack on (how to derisk) these problems — across design, experimentation, prototyping, integration, certification, and deployment.
